Father Christmouse is made from ‘aged’ Irish linen, dressed in a fur trimmed coat and hat.   He is complete with toy sacks ready to be delivered to all the children on Christmas Eve.  The mouse is easy to make and involves both machine and hand sewing. This extensive  pattern takes you through all the steps to make this adorable Father Christmouse.   The pattern includes detailed instructions which are fully supported with photos and diagrams.   Steps on how to ‘age’ the linen through to creating his clothes, toy sacks and the delightful miniature gift boxes are clearly explained.

It is important to note, that as cute as this mouse is, he IS NOT to be used as toys or given to children due to the small parts and sharp points (twine & beads). He is strictly an ornament.
