Lest We Forget is an instantly recognisable tribute to commemorate those that gave their lives in two world wars and several conflicts since. The panel is coloured with Inktense to create the watercolour effect of a poppy field before applique and embroidery is applied. The completed panel can be framed or alternatively stitched with a fabric border to create a wall hanging.

The pattern gives you detailed instructions on applying ‘Inktense’ pencils, how to blanket stitch applique and hand stitch embroidery to complete the panel. This is aimed at beginner level so a great introduction into these techniques and patchwork. An extensive pattern which is supported with full colour diagrams.
