Delivery
Our packages are sent via the Royal Mail, who aim to have them delivered within 5-7 days. Sometimes this can take a little longer due to delays outside our control and it may take up to 10 days for your package to be delivered.
Click and Collect (Banbridge)
We offer a free click and collect service for customers who don’t want to wait for the postal service. The collection point is on the outskirts of Banbridge.
Place your order online and choose the click and collect option at the checkout. Orders made before 2 PM can be picked up the next day from the collection point as per the instructions in the email.
What Happens if the Package Doesn't Arrive?
If you do not receive the package please let us know as soon as you can. We will check with the Royal Mail and let you know what has happened.
