Quilter’s Handbook

 This handbook is the result of what I dreamt of being in my ideal handbook to help me to organise my projects – those I am wanting to start, those that I need to finish and a record of all the projects I have finished. A place to record all the tools and notions I have collected over the years and where they are kept. Basically, I was looking for a customised book that would be used and not left part empty due to unusable pages/templates.
 The handbook has designed templates which are framed and enhanced with hand drawn and painted pictures in a quilting theme to truly make the folder/book look special and not just printed out sheets struck into a folder or file. The finished look of the handbook ensures that it would not look out of place on any bookcase or craft room.
 The handbook also has a section on the basic references to help you with your sewing and quilting like tension issues, guide to pre-cuts and measurements, along with a great section on how to make up the commonly known blocks like flying geese, half square triangles and square in a square and a quick maths chart so you can cut the correct size each time. There really is no searching online to be done and they are all kept in the same place.
 The beauty with this handbook is that you only need to purchase the pages and section that you wish – it truly is a pick and mix. The pages and sections are designed to fit into a handmade ring bound book which is covered in a lovely book cover featuring needlework which is a design that is used throughout the book as well as a lovely, pieced block to really set it off beautifully.
