Description

Basix birch needles are made from birch wood. These needles are a perfect choice as they have the strength of natural wood and the lightness of birch. Ideal to use with chunkier yarns.

As the wood is a polished surface it allows the yarn to effortlessly slide over the surface.

The tips can be attached to cables to make circular needles.

These needles are designed for use with all KnitPro cables, except for the 40 cm cable as this is designed specifically for KnitPro short tips.
While the 40 cm cable will attach to these needles, it will limit the angle you will be able to get between the tips to around 60 degrees.
KnitPro tips and cables are interchangeable across all of the range

The tips are between approximately 11.5cm – 12.5cm long, depending on size.
